Measure the roof before you buy anything
Crossbar length is a number on this vehicle, and RoofKit will not guess it from a forum thread. It measures the car in front of you, then works out whether the bars already in the garage still carry the load and what you give up if they do.

Weight belongs low and between the axles, where it does the least to how the car handles. What rides on the roof has to clear the hatch when it swings and the garage door on the way out.

These lists are the Year Two demo camp’s trip, not your garage. Manifest runs the same reconciliation over your own inventory once the measurements are in.
Lead times
What still clears the gate, and what does not
Manifest adds a typical wait to a hidden wait, then compares the total against the days you have left. Shortest total wait at the top, which is not the same as cheapest.
6 days to the gate
These windows are for things that ship or get built. A first aid kit, a fire extinguisher, a CO alarm, or a water can is a hardware store this afternoon or a stop in Reno on the way in, and either one beats every row below.

Hidden days are the part of a lead time a listing never shows: the used seller who replies on Thursday, the friend who has to dig it out of a garage.

Retrofit
No photos, no tape, no advice
Retrofit names the part that bolts to the vehicle in front of it, a rack, a hitch or a mount, and it will not do that from a product page. The gates, in order.

Reno is the last place you can look anything up. Field prints the bar length, the hatch margin, and the driveway list into a packet, so the numbers you measured in July are readable in a dust storm with a dead phone.
